New DigiVoice VoicerLib and Channel Driver Version.

Dec 13, 2007

DigiVoice is releasing a new Channel Driver and VoicerLib version. This version has:

Implemented:

  • New *channelbank_fxs* *signalling*, this *signalling* is used with CB3000(DigiVoice Channel Bank - FXS);
  • DigiVoice Channel Driver & AMI(Asterisk Manager Interface), if the card receive an alarm, the Channel Driver will generate an event to AMI.

    Example:

    Event: Alarm
    Privilege: system,all
    CARD: 1
    E1: 2
    ALARM_LOSS: 1

    Description:

    CARD = Indicates which Card generated the alarm;
    E1 = Indicates which Span generated the alarm;
    ALARM_LOSS = Indicates which Alarm and the State(1 = On and 0 = Off);
  • Implementations to define the HangUp Cause, only for *r2mfc_ndis_fixed* or *r2mfc_ndis_variable* *signalling*;

Fixed:

  • Problem using *isdn* *signalling*, it could generate a delay when you HangUp a channel;
  • Problem removing *dgvfifo* driver from linux modules;

*Important: To compile channel 0.9.7 you must compile voicerlib version 4.0.9.6;

*Important: To compile voicerlib with R2 MEXICO signalling, or R2 ARGENTINA you must run *configure* file in the /usr/src/voicerlib-VERSAO/ directory Detailed description: ./configure
-m (Mexico's R2 support)
-a (Argentina's R2 support)
-d (Defaults to Brazil's R2)
