VoicerRec, the telephone calls digital recorder, can be connected in analog or digital E1 trunks, on digital extensions (recording by audio on monophone) or analog extensions. Each call is stored in a file in WAVE or GSM formats, that allows to be heard in any computer.
Main Characteristics:
- 4 to 80 channels per recorder for analog trunks or extensions and from 30 to 120 channels for E1 trunks;
- Recording compression of 1,65 Kbytes/s (GSM) allowing to store 1 hour of recording in only 5.8 Mbytes for each channel.
- Recorders LAN interconnection capability, extending the amount of channels for recording. For example, if it’s necessary to record 120 analog extensions, it's possible to interconnect three 40 channels recorders ;
- Centered database to store each call record detail (dates/hour, dialed number/identified, comment, etc...);
- Remote Management System - the VoicerRec can be monitored/managed from any computer in the LAN/WAN;
- The supervisor has the option to activate or to deactivate any recording channel;
- Dialed number and Caller ID identification;
- Remote alarms for low free space in disk, data base, etc...
- Statistical reports;
- User/Administrator access restriction
- Option to monitors calls in real time on the computer where the Manager Module is installed;
- Record search screen, allowing accessing records by date, hour, caller ID, duration, etc... ;
- Automatic record start by current loop detection, by ring, by audio or by tone.
- Automatic or manual Backup is able to be made to a LAN server, CD or DVD.
